For over 12 years, we have been managing Google Ads for international luxury hotels. In that time we have spent £1.5M finding out what works and what does not. Strategic objectives have always centred on the same goal: enticing guests away from the OTAs, retaining more direct bookings, increasing RevPAR, and generating new business with non-brand search.

  • 2005 Started managing Google Ads client accounts when the platform was still called Google AdWords.
  • 2007 Founded our first agency, On Page One. It still operates today, retaining its very first client.
  • 2015 Opened our second agency in Colchester, Advertising Forensics, focusing on premium and luxury niches. Successes followed with five-star London hotels and international luxury travel operators.
  • 2020 When the hospitality sector collapsed, we started building what would come next with the COVID recovery. PPC for Hotels was born.
  • Today We have packaged up our most successful proven hotel PPC strategies and campaigns. The system has been refined and tested over 12+ years. Only the charging model and brand have changed.

The typical cost of sales for our hotels is between 5% and 10%, compared to OTA commissions of around 18%. One-time set-up, then self-manage or pay as you go. No subscriptions, no lock-in.
